Minutes began her career in finance — a stockbroker at HSBC and a licensed insurance broker — before earning an MBA at Waseda and spending three years inside global venture acceleration at RGAX. Today she is Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer of CIO Circle, building AI-native infrastructure for wealth management across Hong Kong and Singapore; a former Capital Advisor to Antler; and a published author and a sought-after speaker on AI and the future of business.
That combination is the point. Most advisers have depth in one lane — strategy, or capital, or technology.
